Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Legacy Roofing, run by Stephen Farrow ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you use this website or contact us.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you're interested in and any message you include. We may also collect basic, anonymous technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a roof inspection, provide quotes and carry out work you have asked for. We do not sell your information.

Lawful basis

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, in line with UK GDPR.

Sharing

Your information may be stored with the service providers we use to manage enquiries and communications. They process it only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
