About Stephen Farrowand Legacy Roofing
Legacy Roofing is Stephen Farrow. He inspects your roof, quotes it, fixes it and stands behind it, so you always know exactly who is responsible for the result.
The Story Behind
Legacy Roofing
Legacy Roofing is run by Stephen Farrow, an independent roofer with 10 years of hands-on trade experience. He works for homeowners, landlords and commercial property owners across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
As a solo roofer, Stephen handles every project personally, from the free initial inspection through to the finished work. You never deal with a salesperson, a subcontractor or a call centre. The person you speak to is the person on your roof.
He covers the whole roof: new roofs and replacements, repairs and storm damage, felt flat roofs, chimney repairs, fascias, soffits and guttering, and dry ridge and dry verge systems. And when water is coming in, there's a 24-hour emergency call-out service.
How Stephen Works
Always on time
If Stephen says he'll be there at eight, he's there at eight. Your day isn't spent waiting for a roofer who might turn up.
If I say I'll do it, I will
What's agreed at the inspection is what gets done. No disappearing halfway through, no surprise extras added without your say.
Hard-working
Jobs are seen through properly, with the details that keep water out done right rather than rushed.
Friendly and straight-talking
Plain-English explanations of what's wrong and what it needs, and honest advice when a smaller repair will do.
Guarantees
Every new roof from Legacy Roofing comes with a 10-year guarantee. Repair guarantees depend on the specific repair carried out, and Stephen will explain exactly what's covered before any work begins.
